Yes. At Yarnfield Park we offer on-site free parking for hotel guests and all delegates.
As part of our efforts to deliver more efficient services for our customers, we are a cashless venue. We can accept payment via card only for all onsite charges including food and beverages. All major credit & debit cards will be accepted.

Our leisure facilities are available to all hotel guests and offer cardiovascular equipment, free weights and machine weights.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer room service at Yarnfield Park. However, we do have catering options on offer for you to make use of during your stay.
There are lots of exciting things to do in the local area, you can see the complete list of attractions and events on our Things to do page. Some examples include Gentleshaw Wildlife Centre, Trentham Monkey Forest and Apedale Heritage Centre.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer additional cleaning services at Yarnfield Park.

Cancellation is available until 2pm on the day of your arrival.
If the reservation was made online, you can cancel it online. However, if you made your reservation over the phone then please contact our reception who will be able to assist you.
You can check in from 2pm Sunday – Thursday and 4pm on Friday and Saturday.
Check-out time is before 10am.

We do not organise and hold retreats ourselves, we hire out our venue to businesses, charities, companies and religious groups that are looking to hold them.
Yes, we are happy for you to hire out our entire venue for your event, please let our team know that you’re interested in exclusive use when booking.
Yes. We have onsite facilities to prepare food for you but if you’d rather prepare your own food you will have access to kitchen and dining facilities. Please let us know when booking if this is your preference.
Yes, our venue is ideal for youth retreats and adult retreats. You can also have exclusive use of our venue which is perfect for youth retreats to ensure you have enough space for all of your attendees, activities and safe spaces.
We offer separate girls and boys bedroom blocks which are perfect for youth retreats. We also have a range of twin bedrooms and double bedrooms that are perfect for adults, young adults and couples or families.
We can also offer a large amount of outdoor space that is perfect for youth groups to camp.

We are ideally set up for a range of corporate and association events such as conferences, meetings, team building, retreats, gala dinners and Esports tournaments.

As a leading venue within The Venues Collection for sustainable menus, we offer a buffet-style meal service that changes every day on a six-week rotation, meaning that we do not offer a standard menu. To find out more information regarding the current menu, please get in touch.
Yes, we offer a delicious buffet-style meal service in our restaurant. As well as having a comfortable bar and lounge area where you can spend your evening.

Our biggest room is Knighton Suite which can hold 450 delegates in a theatre-style.
We can hold up to 450 delegates in a conference.
We have plenty of outdoor space that is perfect for team building and ample space in our meeting rooms that is perfect for indoor team building activities.
We work with our partner OffLimits to offer specialised team-building activities and evening entertainment including cracking brain-bending codes and Crystal Quest based on the popular TV classic.
