Large national conference centres can typically hold around 5000 people, often more or with combined conference rooms could hold up to 20,000. At our conference centre in Staffordshire, we can host medium-sized conferences for up to 500 delegates and with 338 bedrooms we can also hold delegates coming to multiday conferences.
The cost of hiring a conference centre will depend on the location of your centre as well as the number of delegates you have attending and your layout requirements. At Yarnfield Park, our conference centre prices start from £29 per person as part of our Meetings For Change Day Delegate Rate. Minimum conference size of 10 guests. We also offer on-site bedrooms and are happy to accommodate multi-room conferencing events so please let us know what you envisage for your event when enquiring and we’ll work with you on a cost-effective conferencing venue solution.
