We have over 41 rooms to choose from that can be adapted to your needs. With the capacity to hold up to 500 guests theatre style, no event is too big! We are also located in the heart of England, with close access to the M6 and Stone Train Station, meaning our sports venue is easy for everyone to get to.

Sports Associations Awards Night

We have a number of different function rooms that are fantastic for hosting your sports association’s annual awards night. Our biggest suite, the Knighton Suite can hold up to 250 guests banquet style whilst the Oak suite can hold up to 176 guests cabaret style, so you can be seated, wined and dined during your awards ceremony. We also offer smaller rooms that can host anywhere between 12 and 60 guests, so you and your teammates can enjoy a 3-course banquet awards night, no matter how big or small your group is.

Our chefs are passionate about all things food and are happy to provide an exquisite 3-course meal with all the trimmings for your awards night. Or if a casual finger buffet is more your style, this can also be arranged. Meeting Space for AGM Meetings

If you’re looking for a space for your sports AGM meeting, then look no further! We have 41 rooms that can be adapted to your needs including theatre style, boardroom, classroom and u-shape. We also have fantastic breakout spaces with snacks, tea & coffee and hydration stations so you can stay energised throughout the day. We also offer meeting packages for day delegates and 24-hour rates to ensure that you are making the most of your budget.

Overnight accommodation

If your AGM meeting is over 2 days or if you need somewhere to sleep after your annual awards night, then our venue is perfect. We have 338 double ensuite bedrooms, 60 of which can be converted into twin rooms. All our rooms come with free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries. We also have 400 car parking spaces so you can rest assured there will be no problem finding a space for your car.
