We have an abundance of space and facilities to take advantage of, so whether you are looking for an event space for your annual awards night, a meeting room for your AGM or leisure facilities for games and team building activities, we have the capacity to host.
We have over 32 rooms to choose from that can be adapted to your needs. With the capacity to hold up to 450 guests theatre style, no event is too big! We are also located in the heart of England, with close access to the M6 and Stone Train Station, meaning our sports venue is easy for everyone to get to.
We offer outstanding leisure facilities, with a fully equipped gym run by healthcare professionals, Nuffield Health. When you stay with Yarnfield Park, you can get full access to our facilities which include cardiovascular equipment, free weights, machine weights, a sauna and showers, meaning you and your teammates can still train. For a small charge, you can also hire out squash courts and sports hall – perfect for squash, netball, basketball and five-a-side football!
Our grounds are situated in the beautiful countryside of Staffordshire, allowing us to have an abundance of outdoor space which is perfect for team building activities and leisure games. Our sports associations venue also boasts an on-site Costa Coffee which is great to take 5, sit back and relax with a coffee or delicious Frappé.
We have a number of different function rooms that are fantastic for hosting your sports association’s annual awards night. Our biggest suite, the Knighton Suite can hold up to 224 guests cabaret style whilst the Oak suite can hold up to 176 guests cabaret style, so you can be seated, wined and dined during your awards ceremony. We also offer smaller rooms that can host anywhere between 12 and 60 guests, so you and your teammates can enjoy a 3-course banquet awards night, no matter how big or small your group is.
Our chefs are passionate about all things food and are happy to provide an exquisite 3-course meal with all the trimmings for your awards night. Or if a casual finger buffet is more your style, this can also be arranged. We can cater to all dietary and cultural requirements, so if you have anything in particular in mind, give us a call and we will be happy to help.
If you’re looking for a space for your sports AGM meeting, then look no further! We have 32 rooms that can be adapted to your needs including theatre style, boardroom, classroom and u-shape. We also have fantastic breakout spaces with snacks, tea & coffee and hydration stations so you can stay energised throughout the day. We also offer meeting packages for day delegates and 24-hour rates to ensure that you are making the most of your budget.
If your AGM meeting is over 2 days or if you need somewhere to sleep after your annual awards night, then our venue is perfect. We have 338 double ensuite bedrooms, 60 of which can be converted into twin rooms. All our rooms come with free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries. We also have 400 car parking spaces so you can rest assured there will be no problem finding a space for your car.

The food was lovely, the service was excellent and the layout and decoration of the room was perfect.
We chose Yarnfield Park Training & Conference Centre for a new 12 week residential training programme we were running for 120 delegates and staff. The venue was ideally suited to our needs as it offered good quality accommodation on site, a good catering offer and all the large and smaller seminar rooms we required.
The course went very smoothly and was easy to run thanks to the continual support and assistance from the friendly staff team at Yarnfield; from IT support to storing equipment or finding ways to help us deliver social and wellbeing activities in the evenings. They pulled out all of the stops to accommodate our needs, and at the end of the training course they delivered an excellent 3-course seated Christmas dinner party for all our delegates.
