Yarnfield Park, in Staffordshire at the heart of the Midlands, helps people and organisations from a diverse range of sectors to achieve their conference, training and development goals. We have a successful track record in delivering both residential and day events from small meetings to large events for up to 450 delegates.
We exist to help organisations grow, inspire and empower people by providing them with the location, facilities and environment to achieve their goals. We know that development and education are at the forefront of any business, but they are expensive to get right. Yarnfield Park helps people do this.
We also know that an organisation’s greatest asset is its team, but that organising team-based events can be difficult to get right. Yarnfield Park helps organisations change and teams work better. And above all we work with all our organisers to ensure that they can deliver their inspirational and important business messages to the audience in a successful and cost effective way.
We understand that event budgets are under pressure and we work with our organisers to create cost effective solutions ranging from room only day rates to all-inclusive long-term residential packages.
At the heart of the country, Yarnfield Park is your conference and training destination.

Yarnfield Park has had a long and varied history. We have operated as a fully commercial training and conference centre for the past five years. Originally the site was known as Beatty Hall being one of a number of accommodation camps in the area serving the Cold Meece munitions factory.
Following the war the G.P.O. opened a training school at the 80-acre site. In 1984 G.P.O. telephones became better known as British Telecom and the centre remained a dedicated British Telecom training centre until the summer of 2010, after which it became a commercial conference and training centre with over 40 event spaces and 338 bedrooms, making it one of the UK’s largest centres.
The centre is now privately owned and has undertaken a comprehensive programme of renewal and improvement over the last three years, with upgrades to our bedrooms, meeting spaces, public areas and the recent installation of a 300Mbps dedicated internet service, which is one of the fastest free services at any venue in the UK.
