At The Venues Collection, we recognise the risks posed to the planet due to climate change, as part of our Future First Charter we created our ‘Meetings for Change’ Day Delegate and 24-hour delegate packages to support day meetings and conferences.

Day Delegate Rate
Your corporate meeting room package price includes the following as standard for a minimum of 10 guests:
- Main meeting room hire for a minimum of 10 guests, perfect for your conference or meeting
- Unlimited tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the day
- Refillable water in the meeting room, plus unlimited access to hydration stations around the venue
- Buffet Lunch
- A stationary box and note pads are available for your delegates use
- Complimentary WI-FI access
- A projector and screen
- A flipchart and pens (available on request)
- Complimentary onsite car parking (subject to availability)
- An Event Manager, to ensure your day runs smoothly

24-Hour Delegate Rate
In addition to the day delegate rate items, your 24-hour corporate conference and meeting package price includes the following for a minimum of 10 guests:
- En-suite accommodation
- A three-course dinner
- A delicious buffet breakfast
- Access to our grounds and leisure facilities

Weekend Package
Ideal for associations, religious groups and those looking to hold weekend conferences or training sessions.
- Main meeting space hire from 6pm Friday to 5pm Sunday
- Stage & lectern with PA System (if required)
- LCD projector and screens
- Flipcharts & pens (available on request)
- Conference stationery
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay (1Gbps, sustaining up to 800 simultaneous devices)
- Dedicated conference events manager
- Unlimited tea and coffee breaks
- Restaurant buffet lunch for Saturday & Sunday
- 3 Course Dinner on Friday & Saturday
- Overnight stay in En-suite accommodation
- Buffet breakfast for Saturday & Sunday

Green Accredited Venue
We’re delighted our venue has achieved the ‘silver’ level in the Green Tourism ‘Green Meetings’ Standard – the world’s largest sustainable certification programme. This accreditation covers waste management, recycling, energy, water conservation and much more. We’ve not stopped there! We’re working hard on our green journey to achieve the ‘gold’ standard, supported by our ‘Future First Charter’.

Our location is fantastic because it’s easily accessible, just 10 minutes from Stone Train Station and 25 minutes from Stafford Centre. With buses operated by D&G Bus in Stafford running services to Lichfield, Cannock, Uttoxeter and Rugeley, you can easily explore the local area. Whether that’s visiting Trentham Estate just 7.3 miles from Yarnfield Park, Amerton Farm, Gentleshaw Wildlife Centre or Go Ape in Staffordshire, there are plenty of things to see and do.
