Charity room hire: what to consider

As well as public and private sectors, we welcome bookings from charitable organisations. A problem-free function requires excellent staff to ensure that your meeting, conference or training day runs smoothly. When an organisation sets out to arrange charity room hire, they tend to look for the following qualities – convenience, modern facilities, ample space, good ventilation and accessibility.

Convenience

Whether you’re looking for a full day, half day or a room for an hour, Yarnfield Park’s flexible approach will ensure that there’s always space available that’s just right for your team. Conveniently positioned in the Midlands, Yarnfield Park is in the centre of the UK with great transport links. That’s not all, we keep delegates happy and healthy with comfortable residential accommodation and free access to a gym.

Modern facilities

Spacious

Each room is designed to maximise on space. Broad windows with natural light flows into each room – we like to ensure that a bright, healthy learning environment is achieved for all our charity organisations, and if you feel you need a little extra space just let a team member know and we’ll accommodate your request.

Ventilation

Often the thought of being in a warm, unventilated room (each with a laptop) for hours on end can be daunting. Yarnfield Park’s meeting, conference and training rooms are all air-conditioned with windows – making sure your delegates get the best from their day.

Accessibility

We’re committed to ensuring that our visitors feel comfortable using our conference and training facilities by ensuring that they’re accessible to everyone. If you think that anyone from your charity organisation would benefit from further assistance then call ahead of your visit and we’d be happy to help in whatever way we can. The whole of the building has wheelchair access with 4 en-suite bedrooms to choose from, and should any of our guests have a hearing impairment – a portable induction loop system is readily available for our visitors.
