Accessible Training and Conference Venue

• There is a drop-off point close to reception for guests with mobility challenges.

• There are no automatic doors at the venue.

• From the car park there is a slight incline to reception, Connex and restaurant.

• Yarnfield Park is accessible to wheelchair with lifts to all floors within the central building, Connex building and the four accommodation blocks.

• Assistance dogs are welcome at our venue.

• For vehicles displaying blue badges, there are designated car parking spaces within the main car park. If you require any special assistance from the car park please call our 24 hour reception on 01785 762605.

• The outdoor pathway to the central building from the car park, accommodation blocks and Connex building is partly covered.

In the event of a medical emergency, please notify any member of staff for assistance.

• A portable induction loop system is available for our visitors.

• Vibrating fire alarm pillows are available on request.

• Yarnfield Park has unisex accessible toilets on both floors of the central conference centre.

• We have four accessible en suite bedrooms, two in each of our Grasmere and Derwent accommodation blocks.

• Neurodiversity friendly, with quieter conference and breakout spaces if required.
