Find your perfect space
Choosing the right room layout can make a big difference to the success of your meeting or event. Different setups are designed to support different objectives, whether that’s delivering presentations, encouraging collaboration, or facilitating group discussion. Take a look at our easy to use guide and select the best option for your event.
Theatre
Rows of chairs facing the front of the room, designed to maximise capacity and focus attention on a speaker or presentation. Theatre layout is ideal for conferences, keynote sessions, presentations, and large briefings where note-taking or tables aren’t required.

Cabaret
Round tables with chairs facing towards the front of the room, encouraging small group discussion while still focusing on a presentation or speaker. Cabaret layout works well for workshops, team sessions, corporate training, and networking events.

Boardroom
A single large table with chairs positioned around it, creating a professional setting for discussion and collaboration. Boardroom layout is best suited to executive meetings, strategy sessions, interviews, and leadership discussions.

U-shape
Tables arranged in a “U” formation with an open space in the centre and front for presentations. This layout allows attendees to interact easily with the presenter and each other, making it ideal for workshops, training sessions, and collaborative meetings.
