What our customers have said
'Heartfelt Thanks from CMF for Your Care and Hospitality On behalf of the Convert Muslim Foundation, our delegates, and the entire CMF team, I would like to extend our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and warm welcome the team at Yarnfield Park provided during our Convert Care Weekend of learning and development this September. From the moment our staff arrived to set up, we felt supported and looked after. A very special mention must go to Sarah and Dani at reception for their patience and professionalism, and to Anthony for his invaluable help with room logistics. We are also particularly grateful to the catering staff, whose cheerful and professional service created such a welcoming atmosphere, and to all the backroom staff — from the kitchens to the cleaners — whose hard work ensured everything ran so smoothly. Your hospitality made a real difference to the success of our event, and we are truly appreciative.'
'I was nervous about my first visit to Yarnfield not being familiar at all with the area, but I didn't need to be! Travel was super straightforward flying from Northern Ireland (Belfast International) to Manchester before getting connecting trains from the airport right to Stone. A short taxi trip brought me to the conference centre. The return leg was even simpler - a train to the airport, changing just once in Crewe. My time at Yarnfield could not have been more enjoyable. Food is at such a high standard, and there's plenty of it. Drinks and snacks are kept well stocked at the different coffee stations and the rooms were kept routinely freshened each day. It's a great conference venue and I would be so happy to return to it in the future.'
Cancer Research UK have been using Yarnfield Park for over 10 years and we LOVE the experience we have at this venue. We hold two training conferences each year for our team of Event Managers (circa 60 people) and our team of Event Assistants (circa 90 people). Our training conferences require us to use multiple rooms, a dedicated registration area and outdoor space so that we can not only make our delegates feel special and welcome but so that we can deliver a series of lectures, interactive workshops, table-top exercises, and outdoor activities, all of which will help to prepare our team to deliver best in class events for CRUK. The training facilities at Yarnfield lend themselves so brilliantly well to our needs of indoor & outdoor teaching requirements as well as having space in the evening to relax and have some informal fun. We picked this venue as it is located centrally for our UK based national team, it has all the conference facilities we need, it has adequate outdoor space, great evening relaxation facilities, fantastic canteen service with a huge selection of food and drink offerings and all accommodation needs are on site. Beth Chell and the team are marvellous, they are incredibly attentive to our needs, and as we have been coming to this venue for several years now, they know our needs and requirements so well and trust us 100% in the activities we bring along. They always amaze me with their ability to adapt quickly to our random and unconventional requests! I would recommend this venue, and we will always keep coming back to Yarnfield. In fact I’m so confident in their facilities, services and the way they look after us that I book my conferences 3 years in advance!
‘We are a small charity with a unique group of needs. After a lot of research, we found Yarnfield Park, who have been excellent and very helpful. We booked Yarnfield because it met all our needs. We found booking relatively straight forward. Yarnfield has everything we need; A variety of different sized conference rooms, a range of accommodation and the food is very good with lots of choice. We received great feedback from our delegates. The staff are all lovely and work hard. They do their best to meet any, and all, of your needs. Remembering it is not a hotel, but a conference centre, with comfortable, clean accommodation. It meets all the needs for a busy conference. It is good value for money and has lovely grounds, with lots of space. The atrium and bar area create a nice space for socialising. This venue ticks the majority of boxes for a good residential conference. It is good value, comfortable and the staff are lovely and friendly. We have book for a third year, and I would highly recommend Yarnfield Park and their team.’
I run a twice annual weekend retreat for the British Improv Project at Yarnfield Park for around 90 guests. The facilities were ideal for us, providing everything we needed for an immersive and fun-filled improv weekend. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the meeting spaces were perfectly set up to our requirements for our workshops and performances. The food had a wide range of delicious options to suit everyone. We appreciated the buffet style for speed of service and wide choice of mains and salads. Desserts and coffee/tea are also available. Nobody ever said they were hungry. Beth Chell and Mark, the Duty Manager, deserve a special mention for their friendly and attentive approach. Their support ensured that everything ran smoothly, and Mark was always ready to assist with room facilities or announcements over the PA. This venue is good value for money. The flexibility of Yarnfield Park to accommodate the needs of our group is always greatly appreciated. Overall, Yarnfield Park is a perfect host for the British Improv Project, and we book our events up to 3 years ahead. We already have 6 more events either signed up or on hold with them.

'We hosted the 6th Annual Critical Incident Stress Management Conference, bringing together emergency blue light services and specialist NHS Staff together at Yarnfield Park. This was our third experience of using the conference centre and it has been because of our previous experiences, ease of booking, great communications, incredible venue and food, together with the support on offer at the beginning of the day, and if needed, help during the day. This is our venue of choice for this event, and we have already booked for next year. Having presented at the event, the stage facilities, sound system and visual access for those attending is spot on. The drinks and food package compliment the day in making our event so successful and already the demand for next year is high.'
'BPCA has been a client of Yarnfield Park for many years. The site, and its facilities, provide our students with an ideal environment in which to study and connect with their fellow learners. The staff at Yarnfield Park are always helpful and a
special mention must go to Mark who will always go abov e and beyond to facilitate any additional requirements we may have whilst our training is ongoing.'
'I've stayed at Yarnfield Park on many occasions, and have always been impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness and tidiness, the efficient organisation and the delicious food. I've worked in hospitality since I was a young teenager in 1981, so I recognise a well run establishment when I see one!
I also spent several years operating as a 'mystery diner/guest' at venues all over the UK, and so I can be critical when warranted. Fortunately you have yet to give me any reason to be critical so far, and I look forward to another great weekend!'
