Local Conference Venue in the West Midlands

As a group, we found the staff on duty to be extremely helpful, friendly and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they are obviously happy in their work and this was reflected in the way they acted with us. The food was plentiful and delicious, bedrooms were well received, we all loved the showers and everything was spotlessly clean.

Thank you to the team once again for making us feel so welcome and supporting our training conference needs throughout our two days (despite Covid restrictions).  We saw the effort and hard work from everyone behind the scenes. You all worked so hard to make our stay the best it could be.

I wanted to write and express our sincere gratitude to all at Yarnfield for the support in making our events a success. All the rooms were really well laid out, the support from your colleagues was superb and the lunches were exceptional. So in short our very sincere thanks to one and all.

The staff at Yarnfield Park are professional, friendly and have the most helpful “can do” attitude and are a delight to work with.  They have worked closely with us to look at lots of options for our annual Convocation to take place as a hybrid event without us having to worry about any of the technological aspects and to achieve a professional, high quality result. 

We have been using Yarnfield Park now for a number of years as our apprentices attend the nearby Stafford College.  We have always found the staff to be very helpful, and professional.

Our apprentices are very well looked after and the staff aim for them to have a home from home experience.

We thought the conference rooms were brilliant, and most staff commented on how Covid safe they felt with the way it was all set up. The staff around the building, the ones that I spoke to were happy to help, and very professional.

We would like to thank you especially, for all your assistance and help, not forgetting the number of deliveries that you signed for and allowed to be delivered to site prior to our meetings. The food was amazing, and the service on the food counter was too.

We will definitely be coming back to Yarnfield Park when we need to arrange some more general meetings and another staff team day next year, hopefully with less deliverable items.

We needed to find a suitable location to meet and demonstrate new product to remote colleagues and under the current circumstances were interested in finding a venue in a good central location away from our operational site.  The Yarnfield Park venue was ideal, we were able to carry out a safe, socially distant and ultimately successful training event for our team.  The site was well organised to reflect current rules and requirements and made us feel welcome and well catered for – including a hot lunch!

Can you please send our thanks and appreciation to your Manager and the whole team for making the last 3 weeks stay at your conferencing facilities as smooth as possible in the current climate.

It was noted the high level of effort, you and your team went to, in order to make our stay as safe and uninterrupted as possible in order to start our course.

The way you all pulled together, working as a team and filling in the gaps where needed, and keeping the smiles going was really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble.

The Covid-19 pandemic brought huge uncertainty and the need to cancel and re-arrange our courses. I was so grateful to Emma and her team at Yarnfield Park for their pragmatic, no-nonsense approach to our canceling and later on again when re-booking. I have been particularly impressed by Yarnfield’s arrangements for social distancing and their approach to meeting our needs.

A big thank you for everything you and everyone working at Yarnfield Park has done for us this week.

The work that you have all put in to ensure that our event went smoothly and safely for all, has been magnificent and all the processes you have put in place were managed superbly.

We have had fantastic feedback from our delegates who really did appreciate all your efforts.

It was very refreshing to see The Venues Collection recently announce their stay safe, feel safe charter for conferences, training and events, not only did it show their proactive approach but the ability to be flexible and adapt during these unprecedented times. We shared their new six point charter with a client of Successful Events who regularly uses the group, they felt every point of the charter has been carefully thought out, has reassured them and given the company confidence for their attendees to return back to the venue and stay safe, feel safe.

May I take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to you and your staff for the wonderful Parish Christmas Dinner we enjoyed today.

The event exceeded our expectations!

The food was lovely, the service was excellent and the layout and decoration of the room was perfect.

We chose Yarnfield Park Training & Conference Centre for a new 12 week residential training programme we were running for 120 delegates and staff. The venue was ideally suited to our needs as it offered good quality accommodation on site, a good catering offer and all the large and smaller seminar rooms we required.

The course went very smoothly and was easy to run thanks to the continual support and assistance from the friendly staff team at Yarnfield; from IT support to storing equipment or finding ways to help us deliver social and wellbeing activities in the evenings. They pulled out all of the stops to accommodate our needs, and at the end of the training course they delivered an excellent 3-course seated Christmas dinner party for all our delegates.

We’re really grateful to the whole team at Yarnfield for making our course such a success!

Our second visit to Yarnfield park conference center and just as good this time around. It is in an excellent centre for us. Comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. Good food served in the restaurant with attentive service. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here.
