Yarnfield Park Facilities

The key to any successful event is striking the balance between ease of access, excellent facilities, good accommodation and an outstanding catering offer. And, of course, running to a budget.

Yarnfield Park ticks all of these boxes for you.

Our extensive conference and training facilities can accommodate conferences up to 400 delegates and banquets up to 550. In addition our 80 acres of grounds are perfect for team building and outdoor activities.

We have 2 main conference centres: our central conference centre and our TA conference centre.

CENTRAL CONFERENCE CENTRE

Our central conference centre offers 17 conference rooms and 6 additional syndicate rooms.

The Knighton suite, our largest conference room, can accommodate up to 400 delegates theatre style, and includes a comprehensive technical package, comprising of twin projectors, microphones, staging and registration area.

The Knighton suite is supplemented by the Howden and Leighton Suites, both of which can seat up to 250 delegates or can be subdivided to form 4 x 100 delegate breakout spaces.

All 3 of these suites are then supported by 18 other meeting and syndicate rooms.

TA CONFERENCE CENTRE

TA is our second conference centre and is perfect for either smaller residential training events for up to 50 people or for longer-term residential training rollouts.

TECHNICAL DELIVERY

Accurate technical planning and delivery is key to any event. We offer an excellent range of in-house services, covering areas such as projection and staging.

Our on-site event delivery team are supported by MCL (www.mcl-av.com), one of the UK’s leading event service suppliers. MCL work with Yarnfield Park to ensure we deliver high quality solutions for your event. They can offer a full range of services from project management through to the simple hiring of kit through to set design.
