The Conference Co-ordinator is responsible for event planning, a meticulous job that takes concentration and requires faultless organisation. The main contact for the client, the Conference co-ordinator, liaises regularly on each facet of your event: booking rooms, preparing menus, briefing audio visual staff, meeting suppliers, agreeing table layout and room decoration.
